We're seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to provide strategic financial leadership and management to our organization. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee financial operations, manage budgets, and ensure the financial health and stability of our business.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
- Oversee financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage and optimize financial budgets to ensure maximum ROI
- Analyze and report on financial performance, making recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with financial laws, regulations, and standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field
- Proven track record of providing strategic financial leadership and management
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines
- Professional certification (e.g. CA, CFA, CPA) (desirable)
